Replies

If you don't get a reply from us within 24 hours (usually much sooner) or if you don't receive a payment confirmation message from eSellerate shortly after placing your order, then it could be that:

  • Messages from ParanzaSoft or eSellerate are marked as Spam by your email client
  • You may be affected by a firewall, either software installed or built into an Internet sharing router, or administered by your ISP or network administrator.
    Please contact the appropriate person to find out whether a firewall may be in place.
  • Your mailbox is full and any more messages would exceed your quota.
  • You entered an incorrect email address.

Contacting us using a different email address usually does the trick!
